Mikey Heller is an Emmy and Annie Award-nominated writer and cartoonist. He was the head writer of Cartoon Network’s We Bears Bears, as well as the We Bare Bears movie and spin-off series.

Mikey has worked on projects at Warner Bros. Animation, Sony Pictures Animation, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Bidaya Media, and Wattpad Webtoon Studios.

Mikey’s a lifelong cartoonist. He’s drawn the ongoing gag webcomic Time Trabble since 2010 and the Ringo Award-nominated webcomic Bagel High since 2020. He’s also the host of Comics O’Clock, a monthly live comics reading show at Heavy Manners Library in Echo Park. He’s currently working on a book for Silver Sprocket.

Mikey writes character-driven comedy that revels in being both clever and dumb simultaneously. All while still leaving room for heart.

He’s had his catalytic converter stolen three times.
